Santubal Partnership
The Partnership is a joint effort to bring young people of Santubal to the United States to experience other aspects of life that might some day positively impact their own community in Santubal. Working in cooperation with the First United Methodist Church of Westfield (New Jersey) and other churches and community organizations in Memphis, Tennessee and Northern and Central New Jersey, the Partnership will fund the travel and housing of two young people from Santubal during the period of May 15 - June 15. The youth will live with an American family, engage in activities planned and supervised by the Partnerships director, and independently explore the sites offered in the host community.
The partnership is seeking support in the way of money, time, and talent. If you have any of these to offer and are interested in knowing more about the project, contact Anson Purdy, Project Director and Founder, at purag@rhodes.edu.
